TK-FS2000 Pneumatic Automatic Fish Feeder
Feeding is the job that eats the most labour on a large pond. The TK-FS2000 sits on the bank or the access road, blows feed through a 30 m hose and throws it from a rotating head over a circle about 30 m across — nobody wades in, rows a boat, or carries sacks to the waterline.
How it works
The machine does three things in sequence: six independent hoppers feed the air stream, the blower pushes pellets through a 30 m hose, and a rotating head at the far end throws them in all directions. Because the machine stays on the bank, nobody wades in, rows a boat, or carries sacks to the water. A full load of six bags discharges in about eight minutes per 25 kg bag, so one fill covers most of a day on a large pond.
Six equal hoppers: why not one big tank
All six hoppers are the same size and each takes a bag of up to 40 kg — the design follows the bags feed mills actually ship. In Vietnam and southern China the standard is a 25 kg woven bag, so workers count bags instead of weighing feed. Sinking pellets are denser and fill the machine to about 160 kg; floating pellets are lighter, about 100 kg. Equal hoppers also keep blends stable: split two feeds by hopper and neither ends up full while the other is empty.

How it divides the work with the two-bag feeder
The TK-150D throws feed directly and moves more tonnage per hour. The FS2000 spends its power on conveying 30 m and rotating 360°, so it is slower, but it reaches water where no machine can stand. The two differ by design, not by a misprint. Small ponds and a first step into mechanised feeding: the 150D. Large water and a machine position far from the edge: the FS2000.
Working out the coverage
One position covers a circle about 30 m across, roughly 700 m², a little over one mu. For bigger ponds, move the position or add units; on a square pond put it in a corner and aim the sector across the diagonal. Fish and shrimp ponds both work; for shrimp and very fine crumble feed, confirm the pellet size with us before ordering.
FAQ
- How far does the pneumatic feeder throw?
- About 30 m, with a 30 m hose supplied. The head rotates 360° and covers a circle about 30 m across, roughly 700 m² per position. Larger ponds need another position or another unit.
- Are the six hoppers different sizes?
- No — all six are equal and each takes a bag of up to 40 kg. On the 25 kg bag that dominates the market, a full load is about 160 kg of sinking feed or 100 kg of floating feed, because the two have different bulk density.
- Can the blower speed be adjusted?
- No. It is a fixed-speed blower without a VFD. Air volume is set by design; feeding quantity is controlled by timing and duration.
- Can I control it from my phone?
- The panel itself only does local timing and manual operation. For remote start/stop and feeding records, add the TK-4G-GW 4G controller and connect to the cloud platform.
- Does it need three-phase power?
- No. It runs on single-phase 220 V at about 2000 W. For export markets, 220 V/60 Hz and 110 V/60 Hz versions can be ordered.
- Can one unit feed two ponds?
- Yes, as long as the machine position lets the 30 m circle fall inside both ponds, with no bund or obstacle in the throw path.
