TK-150D Two-Bag Fish Feeder
The TK-150D is the economical feeder for small and medium ponds. A worker pours bags into the hopper and the throwing disc spreads pellets in a 110° fan over 8–12 m, so nobody walks the bund with a sack. At 200 W it runs off any pond-side socket.
Why we quote 300 kg/h and not 375
Output is rated on the 25 kg bag: about 15 bags an hour, and 15 × 25 = 375 kg/h is the theoretical maximum. Continuous work includes bag changes and flow variation, so the quoted figure is "from about 300 kg/h". The test method is ten minutes of continuous discharge, weighed and multiplied by six, which shows where in the 300–375 band the machine actually sits.
At 300 kg/h, 100 kg of feed takes about 20 minutes and 200 kg about 40 minutes, including bag changes. In practice it is faster, never slower.

Where it fits
- Freshwater fish ponds, shrimp ponds, family farms and co-operatives that want mechanised feeding without buying a large pneumatic system;
- Ponds with narrow bunds and frequent repositioning: about 20 kg at 57 × 57 × 85 cm, carried by two people;
- Sites without grid power: a 200 W load runs off a small generator or inverter;
- Grass carp, tilapia, common carp, crucian carp, pangasius, channel catfish, sea bass and snakehead; both sinking and floating pellets.
Semi-automatic, not automatic
The TK-150D is semi-automatic: a person loads feed, the machine throws it. Nobody walks the bund, but somebody has to fill the hopper. For unattended feeding on a timer, take the TK-FS2000 pneumatic feeder — the division is simple: the 150D throws directly and moves more tonnage, the FS2000 conveys 30 m and covers more water.
FAQ
- How many kilograms per hour?
- Quoted from about 300 kg/h. 15 bags × 25 kg = 375 kg/h is the theoretical ceiling; continuous work includes bag changes and flow variation, so only the lower figure is quoted. With 40 kg bags, about 9 bags an hour at the same tonnage.
- Is it fully automatic?
- No, it is semi-automatic: a person loads, the machine throws. For unattended timed feeding, take the TK-FS2000.
- How far does it throw?
- 110° fan over 8–12 m, which suits ponds where the feeding zone lies within that sector from the bank. The body turns to aim at the feeding area.
- Will it run off a generator?
- Yes. At 200 W it sits comfortably within a small portable generator or inverter, which suits ponds away from the grid.
- How much does the hopper hold?
- Exactly two bags of floating feed (about 50 kg); sinking feed is denser so it holds about 80 kg (about 3.2 bags), which cuts down on refill trips.
- Can it be monitored remotely?
- The feeder itself has no network connection. Paired with a Kantangren 4G controller and the cloud platform you get pond monitoring and aeration control; feeding stays a manual loading job.
