TAYKEE Cloud Platform: Every Pond in Your Pocket
The cloud platform is the software layer of the TAYKEE system. Field devices stream their data in over 4G; the platform stores history, draws curves, raises graded alarms, manages fleets and handles billing — farmers watch ponds on their phone, operations diagnose remotely, and distributors run their customer base in the same system.
The data pipeline
Device → 4G gateway → MQTT over TLS (per-device credentials) → cloud → app / push / SMS / voice call. Every segment has a degradation plan: when the network drops, the gateway's local loop keeps aerating and back-fills data on reconnect; on the platform side a visual rule engine supports complex interlocks, and an API gateway opens integration to third-party systems.

- Mobile app (Android / iOS): live DO / temperature / pH / ammonia curves, multi-pond overview, per-channel aeration control, staggered one-key start, VFD speed, alarm inbox;
- Web pond dashboard: pond map + real-time curves + device status + alarm tickets — the daily office cockpit;
- SAFEBACK® EMS energy screen (a TAYKEE sub-brand): storage SOC, PV power, mains/generator state on one big screen with automated peak-shaving decisions — for DC48V storage sites.

FAQ
- Do devices still work if the subscription lapses?
- Yes. Local automatic control (DO loop, offline fallback) never depends on the subscription — the hardware keeps protecting the pond. Cloud viewing and push alarms pause per package rules and resume on renewal.
- Is my data secure?
- TLS-encrypted MQTT transport with one-secret-per-device authentication; role-based access separates farmers, operations and distributors.
- Can it integrate with our existing systems?
- An open API gateway covers read and control endpoints; white-label and deep integrations are available for channel partners.
- Does it work overseas?
