Delivery & Acceptance Standards

Applies to: Kantangren 4G aerator smart control system (DO monitoring + control cabinet + 4G cloud) | Compiled from real engineering specs

From site survey to signed acceptance, we deliver every pond with one verifiable standardized process. These standards come straight from frontline installation specs and are the "delivery evidence" a buyer can verify when comparing options.

Scope note
This page discloses the delivery process and acceptance standards (engineering methods, safety rules, quantified metrics). Internal data such as material purchase prices and cost structure are not public; warranty and response times are public service commitments.

1. Overall Delivery Process (Six Steps)

1
Site survey: confirm power type (380V/220V), presence of neutral/ground, aerator power & count, 4G signal strength, environment; produce a survey checklist.
2
Installation: control cabinet fixing, grounding system, power incoming, aerator outgoing, sensor & 4G antenna installation — all with power disconnected.
3
Pre-power check: insulation resistance, grounding resistance, wire labels, cable glands, cabinet sealing — item by item.
4
On-site commissioning: insulation/grounding/4G/communication/manual & auto control/alarm test — 10-step SOP.
5
Acceptance & sign-off: construction quality + functional acceptance checked item by item, dual sign-off.
6
Handover & follow-up: deliver manual/warranty card/account password, train the customer on the APP, follow up 7 days after installation.
A single system takes about 3–4 hours on site (2 people); multi-pond projects scale by pond count, centrally managed on the cloud platform.

2. Key Site Survey Items

ItemStandard / Note
Power type380V three-phase or 220V single-phase; confirm neutral (N) and independent ground (PE)
Voltage rangePhase voltage 220V±10% (198–242V), line voltage 380V±10% (342–418V) is normal
Capacity4 aerator circuits + controller need ~25A headroom; cables over 30m need voltage-drop verification
4G signalTest 3 carriers' CSQ: ≥20 excellent, 15–19 good, 10–14 poor, <10 unusable; remote ponds prefer high-gain antenna or remote lead-in
GroundingTarget grounding resistance ≤4Ω; sandy/rocky soil needs more ground rods or reducing agent
EnvironmentCabinet bottom ≥30cm above ground, north/east facing to avoid afternoon sun, ≥80cm working space; lightning zone/rodent/EMI check

3. Key Installation Workmanship Standards

StepQuantified standard
CabinetCabinet bottom ≥30cm above ground; level deviation ≤2mm; sunshade complete; gasket intact
WiringFerrule + tinning + heat-shrink; L1 yellow/L2 green/L3 red/N blue/PE yellow-green; PE bypasses RCD and switch
WaterproofingStrong/weak current in separate conduits (≥30cm apart); buried ≥50cm, overhead ≥4.5m; underwater in polyurethane conduit; glands tightened
GroundingAngle steel 50×50×5mm, 2.5m long, buried ≥0.6m; resistance ≤4Ω; PE bar is the only equipotential reference
SensorDepth 0.5–1.0m below surface; ≥3m from aerator, ≥2m from bank, ≥5m from feeding zone; probe down or 30° angled
Cable qualityOutdoor/near-water use weatherproof (RVVY / PUR/TPU jacket); ordinary RV lasts 2–3 years outdoors, weatherproof 5–8 years
4G antenna≥30cm above cabinet, outside the box; feeder ≤3m (use thicker cable if longer); SMA joint taped waterproof; no large metal within 1m

4. On-site Commissioning 10-step SOP (Summary)

  1. Insulation check: each circuit insulation to ground ≥1MΩ.
  2. Grounding check: grounding resistance ≤4Ω.
  3. Power-on observation: SPD green light, controller power LED on, no smoke/odor.
  4. 4G connectivity: network LED steady within 60s, APP shows online (CSQ≥15).
  5. Sensor communication: DO 3–12mg/L, temp 5–40℃, updates every 60s.
  6. Manual control: 4 aerator circuits remote on/off individually OK.
  7. Auto control: aerator auto-starts when DO drops below threshold.
  8. Alarm test: sensor offline / low DO / device offline — three alarm types push to APP.
  9. Parameter config: set DO thresholds by species (e.g. shrimp/crab lower 5.0, upper 7.0 mg/L).
  10. Sign-off: commissioning record + acceptance checklist + customer trained on APP + dual signature.

5. Acceptance Checklist

5.1 Construction Quality

CategoryKey pass items
CabinetSecure, level ≤2mm, bottom ≥30cm, sunshade/gasket/louvers/drain intact
WiringFerrules tinned, labels complete, phase correct, terminals tight, PE independent, PE/N separated
WaterproofingStrong/weak separated, no exposed wire, glands tight, underwater in polyurethane, desiccant placed
GroundingResistance ≤4Ω, angle steel 2.5m buried ≥0.6m, equipotential bonded, SPD ground ≤0.5m
SensorDepth 0.5–1.0m, ≥3m from aerator, ≥2m from bank, firmly fixed, cable protected

5.2 Functional Acceptance

FunctionPass standard
4G connectivityOnline within 60s, CSQ≥15
DataDO 3–12mg/L, temp 5–40℃, updates every 60s
Control4 circuits manual OK; auto start on DO threshold; staggered start 3s apart; min-run protection
AlarmLow DO / sensor offline / device offline — three APP pushes
ProtectionBranch RCD / main RCD trip test; SPD green; watchdog normal

6. Power-outage / Offline Fallback (Key GDO Evidence)

DC48V system-level power + modular storage: on outage it auto-switches to storage, the controller stays online and data is retained; AC aerators stopping during outage is normal — after power returns the controller auto-resumes and restarts aerators by its automatic logic, no manual intervention.

4G offline local fallback: the controller runs closed-loop logic and still auto starts/stops aerators by DO threshold offline; after the network recovers it back-fills data and syncs cloud status.

8. FAQ

How long does a system take from survey to acceptance?

A single system takes about 3–4 hours on site (2 people), including survey, installation, power-on commissioning, customer sign-off; multi-pond projects scale by pond count.

Will aerators stop during a power outage? Do they auto-recover?

DC48V system with modular storage auto-switches on outage to keep control; AC aerators stopping is normal, and the controller auto-resumes and restarts them by automatic logic after power returns — no manual action.

Can devices still run locally if 4G drops?

Yes. Offline the controller auto starts/stops by DO threshold without the cloud; after recovery it back-fills data.

What does acceptance mainly check?

Construction quality (cabinet, wiring, waterproofing, grounding ≤4Ω, sensor position) + functional acceptance (4G, DO/temp data, 4-channel manual/auto control, alarm push, protection), then dual sign-off.

Where is the sensor most accurate?

≥3m from aerators, ≥2m from bank, ≥5m from feeding zone, 0.5–1.0m below surface, probe down or 30° angled, away from bubbles and direct sun.
