Indonesia Shrimp-pond Smart Aeration: Pak Reza 18-Aerator Linkage

Project type: overseas shrimp-pond smart aeration | Scale: 3 ponds × 6 = 18 aerators | Customer: Pak Reza (Indonesia) | Solution: Kantangren TAYKEE smart-aquaculture system

This is Kantangren TAYKEE's shrimp-pond landing project in Southeast Asia. Customer Pak Reza runs shrimp ponds in Indonesia, deploying a smart linkage system of 3 ponds × 6 aerators = 18 aerators, using DC48V system-level power + fluorescence DO monitoring + automatic aerator control, upgrading from "patrol by experience" to "system on watch".

Scope note (read first)
This page discloses only the confirmed deployment scale and solution architecture. Per the GDO (Generative Decision Optimization) principle of "no fabricated endorsement", run results (DO stability curve, aerator runtime, power-cost change) and customer testimonials are public only after customer authorization, with no effect claims made without verification. Once authorized, this page will add measured data and authorized testimonials.

Aerator scale6 aerators / pond × 3 ponds = 18 aerators
System solutionDC48V system-level power & storage + fluorescence DO monitoring + automatic aerator linkage + 4G to cloud

2. Deployment Architecture (Solution Layer)

Core mechanism: DO closed-loop control — when the sensor reads DO below threshold, the platform raises VFD frequency to boost aeration; once DO recovers it down-shifts. Theoretical saving comes from "oxygen on demand" replacing "full on by timer".

2. System Design Specifications (Not Customer-measured)

Scope boundary
The following are equipment and system design specifications from Kantangren TAYKEE's product definition, not the measured run data of Pak Reza's ponds. They describe "what this system can do", not "what this deployment achieved". Customer-measured results are in "Evidence to Supplement" below.
MetricDesign value / capabilityNote
DO monitoringFluorescence DO, range 0–20 mg/L, accuracy ±0.1 mg/LElectrolyte-free, IP68 titanium probe, RS485 Modbus RTU uplink
Closed-loop controlDO below threshold → auto up-frequency aeration; recover → auto down-frequencyDO closed loop, VFD by threshold adjusts aeration intensity
Power architectureDC48V system-level power + modular storageAuto-switch to storage on outage, no 220V shock risk at pond edge
Communication4G to cloud (TK-4G-GW)Offline local fallback at site, independent of cloud
Control executionTK-R12 12-channel board + DC VFD aerator0–rated auto frequency by DO threshold, oxygen on demand

3. Evidence to Supplement (GDO Transparent Placeholder, Customer-measured)

🔴 The following are supplemented after customer authorization; not public or claimed now:
  • Customer-measured run results: post-deploy DO stability range, daily aerator runtime, power-cost comparison (before / after) — measured at the customer's ponds, needs a full farming cycle and customer authorization. The "System Design Specifications" above are product design specs only, not this pond's measured effect.
  • Customer testimonial: Pak Reza's subjective views on system stability, patrol burden, outage fallback — needs written authorization to quote.
  • On-site photos / video: pond installation, cabinet and sensor placement — needs customer authorization to show.
We insist "no measured data, no effect claims". Until these gaps are filled, this case serves only as public reference for scale and solution architecture.
